Regional Training Institute

Responsible for training oversight and ensuring requirements within the Mayflower National Guard.

The Regional Training Institute encompasses various administrative functions, but primarily training elements. As a result, the Institute impacts the wider Guard through it's training regime and the introduction of new privates to the Guard.

Subordinate Elements

  • Officer Candidate School
    Required for any individual wishing to become a Commissioned Officer within the Guard, they all must pass through the Officer Candidate School and it's curriculum.

  • 1st Training Company
    Maintains and implements the basic training element of the Guard. Handling all training related to newly inducted privates.

  • 21st Public Affairs & Recruitment Company
    Handles all application processes into the Guard and public affair matters. This includes events, press releases, and updating the public on Guard affairs.

  • Other Schools The Regional Training Institute also acts as an overseeing entity for a variety of other schools within the Guard, such as the Military Flight School Program and Sniper School.
