Headquarters Group of the Mayflower National Guard - administrative functions and legal counsel.
As the highest formal structure within the Mayflower National Guard, the Headquarters Group encompasses a variety of different elements of the Guard. This includes both the Office of the Governor and Command Group.
Typically Headquarters serves as the main administrative element of the Mayflower National Guard, its respective elements report directly to Command Group. The main purpose of Headquarters is to support other elements of the Guard with the inclusion of both legal and quartermaster functions.

Headquarters General Staff
Responsible for executing the directives of Command Group, assisting with other aspects of the Guard to ensure the mission and objectives of the Guard are carried out. They are the main administrative element of the Guard that coordinate between all the branches of the Guard.Judge Advocate General’s Corps
As the legal branch of the Guard, they are tasked with reviewing policies, disciplinary recommendations, and providing legal opinion to both Command Group and individual branches of the Guard. All members of the corps are afforded with an honorary officer commission.Quartermaster Corps
Spearheaded by the Quartermaster General, the corps is responsible for ensuring all members of the Guard receive verifiable and standardized ribbon racks for their formal attire and award recognitions for their field attire.Fort Standish Honor Guard Company
The Honor Guard completes ceremonial duties, public-facing military representation, alongside sentry protective duties at formal events and locations across the State.
