Due to the inability of the Mayflower State Militia to comply with regulations authored and issued by the State Adjutant General, in conjuncture with the Commander-in-Chief, in a timely manor.

The Mayflower State Militia's status as a recognized militia is here by revoked. The Mayflower State Militia is to immediately halt all Militia operations within the State.

Legal Basis

The Mayflower State Militia, in accordance with Title 3, Subtitle 4, Chapter 5 of the Mayflower State Code, is an organization which, inherent to its existence, is required to follow ass established requirements set forth by the Adjutant General or his designee. (See 3 M.S.C. 4 § 5201) The Mayflower State Militia, in accordance with operating as a lawful militia, is additionally granted the privilege to operate absent a business license, thus allowing it to function as an organization which, by law, is subservient to the Mayflower National Guard, the Adjutant General, and consequently the Chief Executive of the State of Mayflower. Should the Mayflower State Militia refuse to operate under the guidance as established by the Adjutant General, he reserves the right to revoke your status as a Militia with fair notice. (See 3 M.S.C. 4 §§ 5101, 5103, 5104) This, in effect, revokes your privilege to operate as a militia, and thus ceases your ability to partake in lawful military action within the State of Mayflower.

The proposed regulations that you have so ardently opposed are reasonable and necessary to maintain oversight of Militia Operations, wherein the Adjutant General takes legal responsibility for all that you do and fail to do. Further refusal to cooperate can and will result in the revocation of your status as a Militia within the State of Mayflower, and subsequent civil action in a Court of law may follow.
